Dead Farmers Almanac Predicted Very Cold Winter – Guess They Know About GLOBAL DIMMING

Hey, Al Gore! Add this to your global warming fraud list of things to ignore. The Farmers Almanac is right 80-85% of the time, and is predicting extreme cold. Dreaming of a white Christmas? Source: Farmers Almanac Dreaming of a white Christmas? According to the world-famous Farmers Almanac, many Americans just may get that wish this year. One of the most common questions the editors of the Farmers Almanac field each year is whether or not a given location will have a white Christmas. According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the overall chances of a white Christmas are statistically quite slim for most areas of the United States. Mid-Atlantic cities like New York City and Philadelphia get snow on Christmas only about 10 percent of the time, while Bostonians see snow on Christmas less than 23 percent of the time, and even snowy locales like Chicago and Denver stand only a 50 percent chance of having a white Christmas. Though winter officially begins on Monday, December 21, some areas have already seen their share of wintry weather, with icy temperatures and heavy snow descending earlier than usual along portions of the East Coast and central Plains. The 2010 edition of the Farmers Almanacs frigid forecast for the rest of the season offers no respite in sight, especially for states in the center of the country. While that prognosis may sound bleak to some, the good news is that a white Christmas may be on tap for many regions this year, including New

2012 – Official Trailer (([[][ TECHNO VERSION by DJ Lansan ][]]))

Just a new video by DJ Lansan of the trailer of the movie ”^2012^” but the movie was mixed with a techno music, very powerfull and awsome. The Maya calendar is a system of distinct calendars and almanacs used by the Maya civilization of pre-Columbian Mesoamerica, and by some modern Maya communities in highland Guatemala. These calendars can be synchronized and interlocked, their combinations giving rise to further, more extensive cycles. The essentials of the Maya calendric system are based upon a system which had been in common use throughout the region, dating back to at least the 6th century BC. It shares many aspects with calendars employed by other earlier Mesoamerican civilizations, such as the Zapotec and Olmec, and contemporary or later ones such as the Mixtec and Aztec calendars. Although the Mesoamerican calendar did not originate with the Maya, their subsequent extensions and refinements of it were the most sophisticated. Along with those of the Aztecs, the Maya calendars are the best-documented and most completely understood. By the Maya mythological tradition, as documented in Colonial Yucatec accounts and reconstructed from Late Classic and Postclassic inscriptions, the deity Itzamna is frequently credited with bringing the knowledge of the calendar system to the ancestral Maya, along with writing in general and other foundational aspects of Maya culture

Pete Seeger & Margot Mayo’s American Square Dance Group – Old Joe Clark medley

Featuring “Sally Ann” / “Flop-Eared Mule” / “Old Joe Clark” “Old Joe Clark” is a folk song, a mountain ballad that was sung during World War I and later by soldiers from eastern Kentucky. An early version was printed in 1918, as sung in Virginia at that time. Joe Clark was born in 1839, a mountaineer who was murdered in 1885. There are about 90 stanzas in various versions of the song. The tune is in mixolydian mode. As a self-described “split tenor” (between an alto and a tenor), Pete Seeger was a founding member of two highly influential folk groups: The Almanac Singers and The Weavers. The Almanac Singers, which Seeger co-founded in 1941 with Millard Lampell and Arkansas singer and activist Lee Hays, was a topical group, designed to function as a singing newspaper promoting unions, racial and religious inclusion, and other progressive causes. Its personnel included, at various times: Woody Guthrie, Bess Lomax Hawes, Baldwin “Butch” Hawes, Sis Cunningham, Josh White, and Sam Gary. As a controversial Almanac singer, the 21-year-old Seeger performed under the stage name “Pete Bowers” in order to avoid compromising his father’s government career. In 1950 the Almanacs were reconstituted as The Weavers, named after the title of a 1892 play by Gerhart Hauptmann about a workers’ strike (which contained the lines, “We’ll stand it no more, come what may!”). Besides Pete Seeger (performing under his own name), members of the Weavers included charter Almanac member Lee Hays, Ronnie
